We are excited to announce that our HRES Spirit Rock is ready for your colorful and creative messages! The HRES Spirit Rock can be used to celebrate birthdays, milestones and send inspiring messages!

Please use our Sign-Up Genius to reserve your days, and adhere to the following rules.

• Reservations MUST be made here to paint the rock.
• Please keep your reservation to 1 or 2 days to allow other the opportunity to book it. 
• Fee is $5 per day. If you sign-up for more than one time slot, please make your payment accordingly. Unpaid time slots will be deleted.
• HRES Spirit Rock reservations will be completely online.
• Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
• Once reservation is made you must make your $5 payment online at the K12 Payment Center to officially secure your reservation. Payments must be made immediately after making your reservation. If payment is not made, your reservation will be removed from the Sign-Up Genius. 
• Once reserved, you will have the rock for 24 hours, from 4:30pm (start date) to 4:30pm the next day. 
• The HRES Spirit Rock may NOT be painted during school hours.
• HRES DOES NOT paint the rock. The person booking the rock is responsible for having the rock painted.
• All rules outlined in the HRES Student Handbook MUST be obeyed! No bullying, profanity, obscenity, or derogatory language.
• No businesses are allowed to advertise on the HRES Spirit Rock.
• School administrators reserve the right and will exercise such right to make judgments on the status of the rock at any time. Any painting that is deemed to be inappropriate will be removed/repainted.
• HRES is not responsible for parents, students or others who paint the rock without reservations.
• The family or group painting the rock assumes liability for any individual or member of the group who incurs clothing or other personal property damage.
• Always paint the dates of your reservation on the lower corner of your message so that everyone will know your assigned dates.
• Please keep the HRES Spirit Rock area clean and tidy. We encourage you to recycle all empty paint cans and recyclable supplies/materials.

1. Reserve your date using our Sign-Up Genius.
2. Visit the K12 Payment Center.
3. Click School Fees in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the screen.
4. Click the dropdown menu under Available Fees.
5. Scroll until you locate HRES SPIRIT ROCK DONATION.
6. In the Memo, type your child's name, teacher name and reservation date. 
7. Click Add to Cart. 
8. Proceed to Checkout by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper, right hand corner of the screen and finalize payment.
