Dear Parents and Guardians,

We’re excited to share that our school is implementing soft starts this year—a research-based approach that allows students to ease into their school day with calm, purposeful activities. Soft starts help children transition smoothly from home to school, support emotional regulation, and set a positive tone for learning. As we prepare to launch this initiative, we’re seeking donations of new or gently used items to help create engaging and relaxing morning options for our students. We are sharing the list below of suggested donation items, and we greatly appreciate your support in making this a meaningful start to each school day! Please send any donated items to the front office and they will be shared by grade level throughout the school. Thank you!
