Gingerbread House Contest Reminder — Perfect Thanksgiving Break Project! 🍬🏠✨

Our students are buzzing with excitement after seeing some of the incredible Gingerbread House Contest entries that have already been turned in! (Check out the photos below — their smiles say it all! 😊)

With Thanksgiving Break starting tomorrow, this is the perfect time for your child to get creative, break out the glitter and glue sticks, and start building their masterpiece.

Here’s a quick reminder of the contest guidelines:

🏠 How to Participate:

  • Decorate any cardboard box to look like a Gingerbread House.
  • Use non-food materials only — think construction paper, cotton balls, buttons, sequins, glitter, paint, ribbon, etc.
  • Make sure all decorations are securely glued down.
  • The entire creation (house + base) must be 22" x 22" or smaller.
📅 Important Dates:
  • Houses Due: Thursday, December 4th, to the Media Center
  • Voting Begins: Friday, December 5th
  • Winners Announced: Thursday, December 18th
